What This Remote Support Is (and What It Isn’t)

This remote support option is designed for situations where immediate assistance is needed — such as troubleshooting an issue, reviewing a problem, or helping you understand what’s happening on your system.

For this purpose, we use Quick Assist, a remote assistance tool built into Windows and supported by Microsoft. It provides a fast and secure way to connect temporarily, with your full approval.

This is not our long-term management platform. Clients who require ongoing support, monitoring, automation, or deeper system management are supported using professional managed IT tools designed for continuous administration. Quick Assist is used strictly as a safe, short-term way to get an initial look when help is needed right away.

How to Connect (Step-by-Step)

Step 1 — Contact Us

Reach out by phone or WhatsApp and let us know you’d like to connect using Quick Assist. We’ll generate a one-time support code for you.

Step 2 — Open Quick Assist

Step 3 — Enter the Code

Enter the support code we provide under “Code from assistant” and submit.

Step 4 — Approve the Session

You will be prompted to approve screen sharing and select your preferred level of access.

Step 5 — End the Session Anytime

You can stop sharing or end the session immediately at any time by closing Quick Assist or selecting Leave.
